To see your full checkout cost, including shipping and handling, simply enter your shipping location and select your shipping method. No need to login or checkout to see your total Cost WITH shipping

Standard Shipping in the US
For all Standard Shipping (non-express) methods, please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery. Your order will show as shipped in your customer account history.

Shipping Weight is calculated by our website. Orders up to $100.00 are priced for shipping using the shipping cost table (see below). For Standard Delivery, our shipping department may choose the shipping carrier that best serves your location. (P.O. Boxes will be served by USPS.) You may choose from the available shipping options presented by the shopping cart.

Orders over $100 within the US and Canada are quoted directly from USPS and FedEx online and include our handling costs. Orders weighing over 70 lbs may not return USPS shipping options. We will split heavy orders into multiple packages. If the website does not return a viable shipping method to your location call 800.833.3645 for shipping option inquiries.

Express Shipping (US only)

ALL EXPRESS ORDERS ARE CALCULATED ONLINE BY THE SHIPPER
Express Orders are processed by 11:00 am Eastern Time*
8:00am Pacific Time.
Express Orders received after 11:00am EST will be processed by the following business day.
    *Note: Add 1 day to Overnight/2nd Day delivery times for any orders made after 11:00am EST 
Express Shipping options within the US are available from FedEx and are quoted online. You may choose from the available shipping options listed by the shopping cart.

Third Party Shipping in the US and Canada (Using your own FedEx or UPS account)
If you have a valid account with FedEx or UPS and you wish to use this account to bill the shipping to, you may enter it in the shopping cart. Shipping charges will not be included in your invoice total. Note there will still be a handling charge that appears in the "Shipping & Handling" line item.

International Shipping:

CANADIAN SHIPPING POLICY: 

  • Orders up to $150 (US Dollars) may be shipped internationally via USPS First-Class Service, Priority Mail International, or USPS Express Mail International.
  • Orders Over $150  may be limited to shipping via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International only

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

  • Orders up to $100 (US Dollars) may be shipped internationally via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International.
  • Overseas Orders Over $100 may be limited to shipping via USPS Express Mail International only.
  • Heavy Orders (over 70 lbs.) will be split into multiple packages. If no shipping options are returned, call 800.833.3645 for custom shipping rates.

Tracking Packages
If your shipping method is trackable, you will be notified when your order is prepared for shipment. Please note packages may not be trackable via the Shipper's website at the time your are notified by email, often up to 24 hours after the email is sent.  You may track your packages by logging into the www.criticalthinking.org My Account Page or by clicking on the link provided in your email. If not provided a link then your shipping option is not trackable.


Handling Fees
Shipping costs for all orders include a handling fee, amounting to 3% of the subtotal OR a minimum of $2.95.

Handling fees still apply when the customer uses a third-party collect shipping account with UPS or FedEx.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If a buyer provides an inaccurate or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping & handling fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If the buyer asks that the order be refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
